Orders are shipped via UPS Ground service which is typically 7-10 business days for regular shipping and 2-3 business days if you chose express shipping. We guarantee all products for one year from the date of purchase except for Boyt gun cases, which carry a limited lifetime guarantee (lifetime of the case under normal conditions). These guarantees entitle the buyer to free repair or product replacement (at the company's discretion) if the product failure is caused by defective materials or workmanship. The guarantees do not cover product failure due to normal wear or abuse. To return product, call 1.800.550.2698 to obtain a return authorization number and send the product to us along with a check for $7.95 for return shipping.
